House Call
Pawfessional Mobile Vet provides house call visits within a 30 mile radius of Waddy, Ky. We service Shelby, Spencer, Franklin, Anderson and Henry counties. The house call fee is $50 per visit regardless of how many pets are examined. Please have all pets being examined by Dr. Belcher, in a small area of your home while awaiting our arrival. As we know, animals and especially cats, have a tendency to rest in the most peculiar places and may not be easily found on the day of the pet's appointment. You will be charged the house call fee of $50 even if no pets were seen during the appointment. With the exception of the house call fee, services provided by Pawfessional Mobile Vet are comparable to other traditional veterinary clinics. The house call fee affords you the benefit of us bringing our clinic and veterinary services into your home. If you would like an estimate for services, please include a request when making your house call appointment. Please note: due to our services being mobile, there may be unforeseen circumstances in which we may be running early or late for your appointment. We will make every effort to contact you, prior to our arrival time, should this occur.
Cancellation Policy
If the occasion arrises where an appointment should need to be cancelled or rescheduled, the practice must be given a minimum of a 24 hour notice. Failure to do so, will result in a $25 cancellation/reschedule fee. The practice understands emergencies do happen and will be taken into consideration when applying the cancellation fee.
No Show Policy
Clients who aren’t home for their schduled apppointment are subject to the $50 home visit fee.
Payment Options
Please note that payment is due at time services are rendered. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit cards, Cash and Checks. There is $35 fee for any returned checks. In order to provide exceptional service to your pet and to reduce your veterinary costs, we do not bill our clients.
We at Pawfessional Mobile Vet, understand that there are times when unexpected veterinary costs arise. We want to make sure your pet has the care that it needs and that you do not have added financial worries. To prevent financial hardship for our clients, we work with CareCredit for your financing options. CareCredit is an interest free credit card which allows you to finance the veterinary cost over a selected period of time. You can easily access CareCredit on-line for the financing application and once approved, you will then be allowed to pay in monthly installments. Pawfessional Mobile Vet's privacy policy has been developed to protect our client's personal information. To provide you with exceptional veterinary services, it is necessary to obtain certain forms of personal information from our clients. This information includes, but not limited to name, address, phone number, e-mail etc. We use the information provided to us to verify your identity, invoice services, keep tract of pet health care reminders to be sent to you, and to do veterinary referrals to specialists when needed. All personal information collected from you is never disclosed or sold to any third parties without your consent.
